Who manufactures your products? Organizers Plus is the proud manufacturer of its own quality products, providing home and business owners with customized cabinets and countertops that are built and designed by us. Equipped with the most modern technology of the trade, our manufacturing facility is located in Murrieta, CA.
What areas of Southern California does Organizers Plus service? We have two locations serving Southern California. Our Murrieta & Rancho Cucamonga locations serve anyone located within a 35 mile radius of its physical address. Some exceptions are made according to job size, referral work, and repeat customers.
Are your products backed with a lifetime warranty? Our products are backed with a lifetime warranty for the length of structure ownership. Our cabinets and countertops are built and installed to last a lifetime. Warranty transfer to new structure owner will not be valid.
What will our cabinets be constructed of? Organizers Plus manufactures custom grade cabinetry using the highest grades of raw materials available, commonly known as Industrial Grade Melamine and High Pressure Laminate Panels. In most cases of construction we use a thick industrial grade board on all cabinet parts.
How long does the design consultation take? Design consultations will normally last no more than one hour. Our professional and accurate designers will evaluate all necessary functions required to provide you with a quote within 48 hours of the appointment time. We understand the value of our customers time and we try to limit the time we are in your home or business.
What is High Pressure Decorative Laminate? High Pressure Decorative Laminate (HPDL) is made by saturating sheets of decorative and core paper with resins, then pressing them under high heat, fusing the layers into a single sheet. Surprisingly, a sheet of laminate is only 18% plastic resin; the rest is paper! Laminate sheets are bonded, using special adhesives, to "substrates" made of plywood, fiberboard or particle board which give the final product its strength and substance. Laminated surfaces provide the following: - resistant to staining, chemicals, heat and impact Laminated surfaces will not harbor dirt or bacteria, even in the joints, making it ideal for applications where hygiene is critical. The product has been awarded the Certificate of Hygienic Merit by the Royal Institute of Public Health
What are Melamine Decorative Panels? Melamine decorative panels consist of plastic-impregnated decorative material which is thermally fused to a substrate such as industrial grade particle board cores or medium-density fiberboard. Thermal fusion takes place under heat and pressure which permanently bonds the material to the substrate. Decorative Panels are available in many grains and colors.
How will our garage cabinets be installed? Your garage cabinets will be mounted off the floor, making it convenient for our customers to clean their garage floors. Our cabinets are not supported by feet and will be secured to the centers of the studs using 4î Lag bolts.
How much weight will our garage cabinets hold? We maximize the weight bearing capacities of our cabinets by using Industrial Grade Melamine for the production of our cabinet parts. We set no limits on the weight bearing capacities of our cabinets. If our cabinets fail we will replace them at no cost.
Does Organizers Plus perform the tear-out of existing materials? Organizers Plus performs the necessary prepping procedures to complete the installation of cabinets & countertops. Closet & Garage Tear Outs will consist of patching, touch up painting, and disposal of old materials. We ask that all costumers supply any touch up paint needed to perform painting services.
How long will our installation take? By making your experience with Organizers Plus completely satisfying, our courteous & professional installers will be in and out of your home or business within 4-8 hours of the project start time.
Will our cabinets have backing included? In the construction of closet organizers and garage cabinets, backing is not needed for structural support of these systems. In some cases of extreme wall damage, backing may be necessary for aesthetic purposes, Backing is offered, in many different grains and colors. In addition, Home Office Cabinetry and Institutional Cabinetry will have backing included to meet the specifications of WIC Custom Grade Casework.
What type of drawer slides are used during assembly? Organizers Plus uses the finest grades of hardware available to complete the impeccable millwork we provide. All drawers and pullouts will contain full extension ball bearing slides. All hardware has a manufacturers defect warranty included with the installation of your new cabinetry.
Does Organizers Plus require a deposit to start services? We do not require a deposit to begin services offered by Organizers Plus. We want you to feel comfortable with the products and service we provide. Payments are only accepted when the customers is 100& satisfied with services rendered. We feel this is an opportunity to gain a trust & good faith from our clients.
How can I pay Organizers Plus for services rendered? Cash, Check, or Money Order are the preferred methods of payment. All major credit and Debit cards are accepted with the approval of sales associate.
What colors are available for my cabinets and countertops? Organizers Plus is a made to order cabinet and countertop manufacturer. We special order all colors according to the job specifications. We have numerous amounts of colors, grains, and textures to enhance any room throughout your home or business. |
